Terms and conditions

1: Deposit and Payment:
A booking shall be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. The deposit shall be 30% of the total cost of the selected service and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. Full payment to be made no less than seven days before the wedding day.

2: Failure to perform:
If the photographer cannot perform this agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to photographers illness, then the photographer shall return the deposit to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged or lost through camera or equipment malfunction, lost in the post, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer. In the event the photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the clients order.

3: Digital images and copyright:
The photographer shall own the copyright in all images. A right to print shall be transferred to the client upon their receipt of the DVD-Rom under the following conditions: The DVD-Rom, digital images, prints and future reprints are the property of the client for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and giving of photographs to friends and relatives. The client must obtain written permission from and compensate the photographer prior to the client or its friends and relatives publishing or selling the photographs for profit.

The photographer shall only make reproductions for the client or for the photographers portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic competitions or art exhibitions, advertising, illustration, editorial use, or for display on the photographers website. Client shall release all claims to profits that may arise from use of images.
